Starlight Reiki is a light energy for Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students use in healing. It offers a simple approach to harnessing light for healing without complex invocations or meditations.
At Level 1, Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students work with Starlight Energy, which is described by Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students as a pure white sparkling light, reminding them of a clear energy flow. This level is conducive to basic healing for Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students and their loved ones, personal transformation, and clearing emotional blocks. Techniques include calling in Starlight energy through focused breathing, clearing and charging practices, and utilizing clear quartz crystals for enhanced sessions.
Level 2 introduces Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students to Rainbow Starlight Energy, a more advanced and magical form of healing. This level involves working with glittering multicolored light, combining the therapeutic aspects of light and color for a heightened healing experience. Techniques in Level 2 Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students are more advanced and Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students can charge their palms with rainbow light and more as found in the manual.
