In our communication and online materials, we clarify that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of digital files, audio, or music resulting from computer crashes or technical issues subsequent to the successful completion of the download process via mailbigfile.
 
It is important that you back up your digital PDFs, MP3s, or audio purchases in at least two separate locations to facilitate self-restoration in the event of data loss following the completion of your transaction. This precautionary measure will help avoid incurring resend fees which we state in each PDF file send.
 
Should the unfortunate loss of a file occur we will resend within a 1 year period only with proof of purchase only.

Included with your purchase is a 1 single file link for resend purposes, distinct from any buy-one-get-one offers, bundles, or attunement packages, accompanied by proof of purchase.  Bundles and Packages are excluded from this pricing.
 
Please note that if a system is reintroduced in an upgraded or altered form, we will be unable to resend the original system as it is no longer applicable.
